About The Blog

The Synopsis of Me

Since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to be in the food industry. I drew inspiration from people like Rachel Ray, Michael Symon, Masaharu Morimoto, and later people like Andrew Zimmern, Guy Fieri, and the late and great Anthony Bourdain. I followed my dream and went to Suffolk County Community College and graduated in 2017 with a degree in baking and pastry arts. Over the years I've worked at a grocery store bakery, a gluten free bakery, an artisinal bread bakery, and now I run a small operation out of my home where I do custom bread and pastry orders, as well as work as a personal chef, and do recipe development. Through this blog I will share my stories of how food has effected my life, share recipes, food facts and information, photos of my creations, travel stories, and restaurant reviews. This blog will act as my public diary. I hope you stick around to read the rest of my story.
